Sales Representative

We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken sales development representative to assist our company in expanding our customer base. Sales development representative is responsible for outbound sales prospecting, generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales. To be a successful sales development representative, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical skills. Equipped with well-researched information about target prospects and our company, you should build a solid understanding of the industry and sales process to spark meaningful conversations.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with service department to understand the core of our services and values we provide to our customer base
  • Work with CEO & COO to craft and implement sales strategies
  • Implement and maintain our outbound sales activities
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with our potential customers
  • Constantly work to improve various KPIs inside our sales funnel

What You’ll Need

  • Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
  • General interest and understanding of tech-based companies and IT world in general
  • Prior experience in leading sales efforts and activities ideally in IT related field
  • Interest and excitement about building meaningful relationships
  • Experience with outbound sales strategies and related activities such email-based campaigns and cold emailing
  • Understanding of sales funnel and KPI improvements over time
  • Would be nice to have experience in leading, setting and executing sales activities in North American and / or Swiss markets
