Overview

ShippingCart is an online platform that simplifies international shipping for online shoppers in the Philippines. By providing consolidation of packages, door-to-door delivery, shipment tracking, and a cost calculator, ShippingCart has become the go-to solution for Filipinos looking to shop from international stores. Primarily a web based product, turned mobile as well, in turn placing Kroon in charge of designing a simple and handy mobile app.

Improving both visual and user experience, our goal was to transform the web platform experience into a user-friendly mobile app, while retaining existing web solutions users were familiar with. Apart from facilitating a smooth transition of the user base to the mobile platform, we made sure to support business objectives of expanding the user base further.

To optimize the Shipping Cart experience, we developed a mobile app that offers a natural and user-centric experience. We incorporated various functionalities, such as informative onboarding screens, interactive how-to guides, and tutorial sections.

The app's primary layout revolves around a user-friendly dashboard, featuring dedicated sections for warehouses, carts, and shipments.

This layout enables effortless navigation and package tracking for users. By focusing on user experience and ensuring a smooth app flow, Shipping Cart users are able to easily and quickly manage their shipments and have them completed in no time.
