Overview
Hasler Transport is a leading logistics and transportation company that offers efficient and reliable freight services. Their goal was to streamline their operations and enhance the customer experience through a digital platform. Kroon Studio partnered with Hasler to design and develop a comprehensive web and mobile solution that would optimize their logistics processes, improve visibility, and provide a seamless experience for both Hasler's team and their customers.

With more than 300 trucks in their portfolio, Hasler Transports makes the last mile deliveries of appliance goods. They were facing a rather interesting problem of accumulated delay time on deliveries due to frequent failure of the buyers to be present at the agreed address at the agreed delivery time. We have come up with web and mobile platform solutions to tackle this problem by enabling real-time tracking of drivers’ position and automated arrival notification system for the buyers.

The project encompassed several phases to achieve the desired outcomes. During the initial discovery and ideation phase, Kroon Studio conducted in-depth research and analysis to understand Hasler's logistics processes, pain points, and customer expectations. This led to the development of a comprehensive platform architecture, wireframes, and user interface designs that prioritize usability, efficiency, and a seamless user experience.
Iterative development and rigorous testing ensured the platform's stability, performance, and compatibility across devices. The final solution included features such as real-time shipment tracking, automated documentation and invoicing, transparent communication channels, and personalized customer portals.
